Jamilynn Fox

Agency Owner / Principal Agent

You’ll often find me taking in concerts at the Toledo Zoo and Centennial Terrace, and cheering on the Toledo Mud Hens at Fifth Third Field, in Toldeo’s Warehouse District. Walking the trails at Wildwood Metropark and Olander Park is one of my favorite ways to get some exercise in the good weather. My two dogs, a black Labrador and a Welsh Corgi, also keep me hopping. I’m an avid bowler and a fan of college and pro football.

Among my five children, my oldest daughter works at my agency. You can find us on Monroe Street in downtown Sylvania, across from the fire station. Being located just a block from our historic Main Street shopping district, I’m committed to supporting the area as a member of the Sylvania Chamber of CommerceLink Opens in New Tab and the Downtown Sylvania Association.

I’ve been an Allstate agent for more than 10 years, and have been in the insurance industry for 15 years. I’m a licensed commercial agent, and also specialize in home, auto and life insurance.

Alec Reynolds

Agency Manager

Alec has over 14 years of experience and serves as our general factotum. Of the many hats he wears, his favorite part of the job comes from building relationships with customers and customizing their policies to best fit their needs. He loves the day-to-day dealings with customers and strive to maintain the same outstanding customer-agent relationship that his mentors had with their customers. Outside of work, Alec is a proud BGSU Alumnus, an avid Chicago Bears fan, and his love for music drives him and his husband to attend more concerts and live music events than anyone we know.

Jennifer Fox

Agency Manager

Jennifer is responsible for onboarding new customers into our Good Hands agency family and providing assistance to existing customers with their inquiries, policy modifications, and coverage assessments. Having represented Allstate since 2005, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance. Her primary motivation in her role is to foster strong relationships with clients, treating them as family and tailoring their insurance policies to align with their specific needs.

Austin Reynolds

Agency Manager

Austin joined our team after spending several years in hospitality management. Most of his work consists of the behind the scenes tasks that have to be done in order for our agency to operate efficiently. Working in tandem with the team, he spends time developing, implementing and refining processes to help see consistency between both locations and compliance. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his husband, is a proud dog dad, like to golf, and is an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Christina Courtney

Associate Agent/Customer Service

Christina grew up in Perrysburg and has proudly represented Allstate since 2018. We joke that she is our “director of first impressions” as she’s typically the first person you’ll speak with when calling or stopping by our Secor office. She also oversees claims for our agency and acts as a liaison between our claims department, customers, and repair vendors; so, chances are that you’ll be interacting with one another should you ever have to file a claim. Delivering exceptional customer service with a smile is important to her. With her extensive knowledge and experience in insurance billing and claims, she helps customers find the best policies that work for them.

Walter Mytczynskyj

Associate Agent

Walter has lived in Northwest Ohio for his entire life. He enjoys helping customers and prospects obtain the coverages they need to properly protect their families. Throughout his 17+ years in this industry, he has held many different roles giving him a well-rounded experience. He currently specializes in business, automobile and property insurance. He is a published author, enjoys reading and literature, and loves spending time with his friends and family.

Kelly Mytczynskyj

Associate Agent

Kelly has been on the team for several years, serving customers as an Associate Sales & Service Agent. Prior to her insurance days, she managed the parts & service department in a Sears store for over 15 years! While she loved what she did, she made the tough decision to switch careers a few years ago and says she hasn’t looked back since! She loves working with customers and helping them understand the importance of their coverages. Her hobbies include art, reading and taking adventures to new places!

Chris Click

Associate Agent/Customer Service

Chris joined our team after dedicating two years to the sale and servicing of life insurance with a competitor. He is an enthusiastic sports fan of the city of Detroit and is frequently seen watching or attending games for the Lions or Tigers. In our organization, Chris’s primary responsibility is to assist customers in understanding the intricacies of insurance coverages and contracts, thereby ensuring that they are equipped with adequate protection that is tailored to their specific needs.

Amber Blakeley

Associate Agent/Customer Service

Amber has over five years of experience in helping customers with policy changes, billing inquiries/payments, and proof of insurance and lienholder/mortgagee requests. While she’s a recent addition to the J Fox Agency team, she has worked in the insurance industry since 2018 and loves building relationships with customers by treating them like family and tailoring their policies to fit their needs.

Amanda Basquez

Associate Agent

Amanda began working in the insurance industry in 2023 after a long career in financial services. She is excited to be able to help individuals and families in our community learn the importance of having the right coverage and prepare for the unexpected. When she’s not working, Amanda loves spending time with her son and diving into a good book!

Olivia Fox

Associate Agent

Olivia Fox, having an extensive background in sales and service, joined her mother and sister at the family Allstate Agency after spending several years in retail sales, service and management. Olivia utilizes her strong communication skills to educate our customers on their insurance coverage and the ways they can better save on those coverages. Olivia is also a skilled artist and spends much of her free time painting and drawing. She also has two cats who spend their free time watching her paint and draw.
